I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in a wonderful city. the location was fantastic, with the hotel being close to the city center and situated on a bigger green square. It was also next to a park, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were amazing, providing excellent service and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was well organized, from the self check-in to the check-out process. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room, including the AC unit and comfortable bed, were of great quality. this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, with a view of some green spaces and a museum. the location was quite convenient, only a short walk to the city center and access was automated. the Christmas tree in the room was a nice touch and made us feel at home during the holiday season. We also appreciated the privacy offered, with all necessary information provided before our arrival and no need to interact with staff in person.

The heating system was a bit loud and inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night. some minor equipment and public service issues were present, such as a low water pressure and slow drain.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. the area around the hotel is residential with some small shops. the rooms are hygienic and clean and the beds are comfortable.

One downside of this hotel is that some rooms can get cold and it may take a while for the temperature to become comfortable.

The hotel was a great size for our group and everyone had their own apartments. We also appreciated the clean rooms and the convenience of a good coffee. The hotel also had a central location and easy access to small shops around the area.

The walls were a bit thin and you could hear some noise from other rooms. there were some pesky bugs flying around the balcony which hindered our outdoor enjoyment.
